Digiteyezer has announced an English-language version of its iFace3D app, which turns the iPhone 3 and above into a low-cost facial scanning system.
The app, which also works with the iPad 2 and iPod Touch 4, requires the user to capture a smooth, 15-second pan around the subject’s face. The resulting geometry can then be exported in OBJ format, or for online use.
IFACE3D, is available on the Appstore at 2,99€ with an unlimited use of the application.
